Corporate Counsel Duties: Provide primary legal counsel in many varied facets of corporate legal work, including substantial M&A, client and vendor contract drafting and negotiation, contract dispute resolution and collections. Work with outside counsel as appropriate. Regulatory oversight and compliance.
Requirements: Highly Intelligent, Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3.5 GPA and 1200 SAT (29 ACT). Law Degree from accredited Law School; minimum 3.5 GPA.
