Junior Attorney - Healthcare IT Services Contracts The candidate will write and administer complex legal documents. Provide Legal counselling as needed in a wide range of matter. Negotiate issues and attend company meetings. Guide Company managers on regulatory and compliance matters. Analyze legal issues. Represent the corporation before administrative boards and court trials, as needed. Provide supervision to outside lawyers hired to assist the corporation with their specialized legal services. Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents. Create and present training to Global internal teams, as needed. Be available during business hours.
The candidate should have 5 years of experience practicing law and 2 years of that practicing in the subject matter of legal contracts in Healthcare. Possess knowledge of the legal issues commonly found in standard transactional business documents, with experience in the technology field preferred. Broad experience in subject matter law is required. Should have prior work experience outside of legal area. 2-3 years experience in supervisory role preferred. Healthcare domain experience preferred.
