Real Estate Attorney The candidate will work closely with our Transaction Manager and CEO. Responsibilities Include: Prepare and draft legal documents; Contract Review; Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations; File appeals in state and federal courts of appeal. Should have 5+ years in Real Estate. Must be Licensed to practice law and in good standing (Texas Required). Must have excellent research, writing, and oral communication.
