Associate General Counsel, Litigation

Associate General Counsel, Litigation The candidate will demonstrated record of managing and successfully resolving contentious litigation. Licensed to practice law in at least one US state. Manage various strategic litigations for across a range of practice areas, including financial regulatory enforcement. Manage 1-2 litigation team members. Develop, execute, and continuously assess world-wide litigation strategy and tactics. Join team who receives, tracks, investigates, prepares evidentiary presentation, attempts to settle, and, where necessary, litigates all lawsuits and regulatory investigations filed against . Draft and file pleadings and briefs as needed. Engage and manage outside counsel to effectively and efficiently represent . Work collegially and supportively with other members of legal team . At least eight years of litigation experience, including multiple years of courtroom experience are required. Experience managing and successfully resolving strategic litigation are required. Experience with financial regulatory enforcement actions are required. Strong negotiation skills are required. Ability to manage expanding litigation practice, using outside counsel strategically and efficientl. Team player essential. Willing to tackle tasks large or small are required. Organized and detailed oriented are required. Juris doctor from accredited law school required. Member of a US state bar in good standing. Must have 8-12 years litigation experience across multiple practice areas, including financial regulatory enforcement
