Corporate Counsel Duties: Work is broad-ranging and will include Commercial Contracts, (including Master's ervices Agreements,'s aaS Agreements, NDAs,'s tatements of Work and Procurement Agreements), Data Privacy and Protection (including GDPR), Finance and IP. be partnering with people right across our global business in other areas of Legal,'s ales Operations, and Finance, giving you good exposure to other areas of organization.
Qualifications: JD degree from an accredited institution, and admission to the bar of at least 1 U.S.'s tate with the ability to be admitted into others as appropriate. 4+ years, well- versed in's tandard's aaS/subscription-based legal issues, and comfortable handling volumes of enquiries with global's takeholders on an array of issues, particularly Data Privacy and Protection, Commercial Contracts and IP. Fully confident interacting with all levels of business professionals, including's enior management and domestic and international colleagues. Ability to's ee the issues and present viable alternative's olutions, using that excellent business acumen to balance the needs of the business against the risk elements. Great in a team, and love contributing towards the goals and objectives you all want to achieve.
