Attorney, Litigation And Discovery

Attorney, Litigation and Discovery Duties: Work on a team to manage outside counsel with strategic defense of litigation matters nationwide, including consumer protection, ADA, employment, personal injury, and real estate. Manage responses and objections to subpoenas. Work closely with one or more paralegals. Develop and implement restaurant safety related policies and procedures, training, and compliance programs. Keep apprised of, and ensure compliance with, newly enacted state and federal laws. Other responsibilities as assigned. Some travel required.

Qualifications: JD Degree or equivalent required. Licensed member in good standing of a State Bar, with strong preference for admission to the California State Bar. 3-5 years of general litigation experience required. Excellent grasp of civil procedure. Must be a team player and relationship builder, with the ability to adapt in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
