Corporate Counsel 2 Duties: Provide risk-based advice, drive operational efficiency, manage and think globally. Very strong process and problem solving skills at both strategic and functional levels. Help ensure that company complies with laws, regulations and industry leading practices by: Developing, refining and updating policies and procedures to enhance corporate governance. Developing, refining and updating compliance training. Advising the business on anti-bribery and corruption program details. Advising the business on anti-trust related practices. Advising the business on global trade program findings. Acting as a compliance champion by monitoring and validating controls to ensure that projects, documentation, and processes are compliant with current compliance regulations. Designing and performing assessments, analysis, monitoring, and reports on compliance risks. Identifying gaps in the design and operating effectiveness of control frameworks. Collecting metrics that will allow the company to understand current FCPA and other risk trends and control effectiveness. Working with internal teams to remediate any activities for continuous process improvement, including managing projects for compliance enhancement. Flexibly assist in other areas of concern to benefit Intuit's legal compliance posture.

Requirements: JD Degree. 5+ years of direct work experience in: Developing policies, procedures and trainings in compliance-related areas. FCPA and other compliance related laws and regulations. OFAC and other sanctions and global trade related regulations. Control framework development. Analyzing business processes for compliance with required procedures or control frameworks (e.g. NIST, Sentencing Guidelines, DOJ Guidance). Managing audit remediation and process improvement projects. Experience in Consulting/Advisory and Legal fields. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Understanding of FTC Section 5, global trade and global anti-bribery statutes. Fun to be around in challenging situations with an amazing sense of humor.
