Real Estate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating leases. Supervising lease due diligence and resolving title issues. Resolving survey and entitlement issues. Drafting and negotiating real estate purchase contracts. Should have J.D. degree from an accredited university. Should have 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in a national or regional law firm. Working expertise with all aspects of commercial real estate leasing and development, including lease drafting and negotiation and lease due diligence is required. Working expertise with real estate acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating real estate purchase contracts is needed. Should have experience with general corporate and contract law.
