Consumer Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Responsible for representing the company in litigation and arbitration throughout the country. Independently manage caseload, from inception through trial. Oversees docket management and responsible for litigation strategy. Regularly handle court appearances, mediations, and depositions. Advise, counsel, and resolve pre-litigation matters. Supervise a team responsible for responding to consumer inquiries and complaints. Formulate effective and efficient resolution strategies to meet business objectives. Maintains current knowledge of legal issues and developments in the consumer law. Participate in and/or manage other projects as required and assigned. Significant travel expected.
Qualifications: Requires a Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school. Current license to practice in New Jersey. License in multiple states preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 4 + years of consumer litigation experience.
