Corporate Counsel - Development and Engineering The candidate will provide legal support for all of company's software development worldwide. Will work closely with senior executives and software engineers to complete agreements between the company and its strategic suppliers and to evaluate and provide legal advice with respect to inbound software, hardware, cloud services, and data. Coordinate the efforts of various internal organizations to ensure that company contracts and licenses comply with company policies, and takes a leadership role in defining policies, practices, and procedures within the company. Should preferably be Bar certified and in good standing, in a state in the US. Should preferably also have 3+ years of relevant legal experience that includes experience with inbound software and data licensing issues in a technology company. Experience in dealing with the intellectual property of technology is important.
