Associate Litigation Counsel The candidate should have JD degree or equivalent experience. Must have 3 years of attorney experience in litigation. Should be admitted to the bar where the role is located and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law. Should preferably have Broad litigation experience, including but not limited to examining and defending witnesses, oral argument, and trial experience. Experience with antitrust litigation and disputes is desired. Should preferably have experience with shareholder litigation and disputes. Expertise with privacy litigation and disputes, including privacy class actions and federal and California state privacy claims is desired. Should preferably have Knowledge of Google products and the broader technology industry. Must have effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal, leadership and management skills.
