Lead Corporate Counsel

Lead Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Conducts legal analysis and reviews and negotiates contracts; oversees outside counsel engaged in the same activity. Provides analysis of federal and state laws and regulations. Provides coordination and counsel to senior management on a wide variety of legal matters, including contracts, corporate law regulatory matters, human resources, business practices, policies, etc. Subpoena management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience. Law Degree (J.D. or LLB). Admitted to practice law with current license in at least one state, preferably Wisconsin. 5+ years of legal experience. Other Qualifications: Proven expertise in the area of contract analysis and drafting. Proven negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong analytical skills.
