Global Real Estate Counsel (People and Places) The candidate's responsibilities include: Strategic partner providing legal advice and counsel to leadership team on various real estate issues, globally (e.g., compliance, labor & employment, litigation, etc.); Drafting leases, sub-leases, freeholds; Dispute Resolution and Litigation; Ethics and Compliance Issues; Environmental Issues; Tax; Procurement; Manage outside counsel. Experience of real estate within an inhouse environment required. Experience working with an international environment with the ability to work effectively on a variety of projects and to effectively prioritise required. Experience of operating across jurisdictions required.
