Corporate Counsel - Wireless Transactional Transport The candidate will be drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex wireless infrastructure and technology licensing contracts including telecommunications agreements, master services agreements, data center and collocation agreements. Counseling DISH Wireless on various legal issues. Working closely with company business team to accomplish DISH Wireless goals and strategic objectives. Assisting with other responsibilities as needed.
The candidate must have Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university. Must be admitted to practice law in at least one state. Must have J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school with a law school class rank in the top 25%. Must have 4-8 years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex agreements with a large national or regional law firm or leading corporation. Must have excellent communication, project management, organization and multi-tasking skills. Must have a passion for both the in-house practice of law and the home entertainment industry.
