Litigation Attorney The candidate Should have 7-15 years of experience. Must have strong academic credentials (top tier law school and/or top 25%) and strong writing skills. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required. Ability to draft dispositive motions, and conduct and defend depositions, draft lawsuits and know how to file is required. Judicial clerkship, trial preparation & trial experience is a plus. Experience with Relativity and large scale document collection and productions, experience with antitrust and/or class actions is a plus. New York, New Jersey licensed is a must, will consider other states.
