Counsel, Global Real Estate and Procurement Duties: Assisting to set the procurement and real estate legal strategy. Drafting and negotiating various agreements related to the Company's global real estate needs, involving acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing activities in 50+ countries. Drafting and negotiating various third-party vendor contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to the Company's domestic and international procurement needs, involving technology and software services, professional and consulting services, outsourcing activities, marketing agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other various agreements concerning the purchase of goods and services. Collaborating with business and other stakeholders across all levels of the Company, including additional legal subject matter experts, as needed to drive legal contracts to completion and protect the Company from risk. Developing, designing, implementing, and overseeing legal contract form templates, documentation, and related organizational policies and process improvement for the Company's procurement and real estate departments. Managing, training, developing, and supervising a staff of paralegal(s) and assigning all the Company's corporate real estate and legal procurement projects matters the Company's legal team. Providing support to the Company's mergers and acquisitions team related to real estate and procurement issues across the globe.

Qualifications: Holds JD Degree from an ABA-accredited school of law. Currently licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar if practicing within the U.S. or country equivalent qualifications for that country. 8+ years of legal demonstrated experience handling transactions involving real estate, procurement, and other related areas is required, either as in-house counsel or at a law firm (both in house and law firm preferred). Proven experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of third-party vendor contracts, including technology and software services, professional and consulting services, outsourcing activities, marketing agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other various agreements involving the purchase of goods and services (technology contracting experience, such as SaaS, highly preferred). Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable. History of drafting and negotiating real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing transactions (both domestic and international experience preferred).
