Associate General Counsel - Compliance and Litigation Duties: Oversees and manages all legal and regulatory compliance matters, including anti-bribery, employee and vendor misconduct, environmental, health and safety (EHS), data privacy and IT security, general employment law, and material litigation; Provides periodic reports to the Audit Committee on key legal and regulatory compliance matters; Oversees and monitors the effectiveness of the Company's anti-corruption program, including, developing employee and vendor compliance training programs, and conducting ongoing compliance audit and reviews in conjunction with the Company's internal audit department; Proactively manages the Company's ethics hotline, oversees internal investigations and coordinates Company's response to such matters; Assists the General Counsel in efficiently managing litigation and reducing total outside legal spend; Provides general day-to-day legal and compliance advice and researches legal and compliance issues as necessary; Partners with global human resources organization on issues related to compliance with international, federal, state and local laws and regulations; Drafts, reviews, and assists in negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements; and Provides legal support for implementing the Company's environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) policies and initiatives. 
 
Qualifications: JD Degree from a nationally accredited law school; Admission to the Arizona State Bar, or another state Bar with registration as in-house counsel in Arizona; 5-12 years of prior in house and/or law firm experience providing legal counsel relating to internal investigations, white collar crime matters, regulatory compliance matters and/or commercial litigation matters; Preference for experience operating in an international environment; Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and the Board of Directors; Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, matrix reporting environment while managing and delivering on competing priorities; Demonstrated alignment with TPI's Core Values including safety, operational excellence, commitment, integrity and leadership; Prior law firm experience at an Amlaw 200 law firm; and Ability to present complex information in an accurate and persuasive manner to all levels of management and to thrive in a fast-paced and international workplace.
