Corporate Attorney The candidate should be licensed attorney with 0-4 years legal experience that wants to be part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. Will have real estate transactions, real estate finance, condominium law, contract law, and/or hospitality/travel industry experience, as well as an overall board legal knowledge (including corporate law, intellectual property, ), the ability to take the initiative and increase the efficiency of the department, highly detail-oriented, ability to work effectively with all departments and enjoy producing excellent results. Admittance to one or more state bars is required with preference given to candidates admitted to practice in one of the following jurisdictions: SC, FL, TN, MO. Negotiate, review, and draft commercial contracts. Assist with acquisitions of new business opportunities for the Company. Provide strategic legal advice to management teams. Identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks within strategic business decisions. Handle high volume and quick turn-around of commercial contracts for stakeholders. Responsible for obtaining, maintaining licensure, accreditation, and any other business requirements needed to provide legal services. Ability to problem-solve issues that need resolution and produce positive outcomes. Other duties as assigned and assigned. Proven in house legal experience in a business environment preferred.
