Corporate Attorney The candidate primary responsibility for the legal management of the company's multi-national retirement, health and welfare plans. Experience and familiarity with equity compensation and equity benefit plans at a public company (e.g., long term incentive plans, ESPP, Section 16 Filings and other related public filings). Liaison supporting HR legal issues, including compensation and benefits plans. Experience in reviewing contracts and agreements to support these functions. Assist with other General Counsel needs such as privacy, compliance and corporate housekeeping. Should have 4-5 years of hands on experience in a law firm or in-house role with public companies. Must have strong working knowledge of equity compensation and retirement and benefit plans. Solid legal analysis and writing skills are required. Should have contract review experience with third party vendors and service providers; issue spotting and working knowledge of basic corporate law concepts. Should preferably have General corporate law fundamentals (basic contracts review) and experience in preparing basic corporate documents (minutes, agendas, etc). Experience with multi-national entities is desired. Must have Completion of 4-year degree. JD from accredited law school is required.
