Senior Employment Counsel Duties: Focus on employment matters. Collaborate with various functions like HR, Recruiting, and others, to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and in's ync. Help ensure's uccess of HR team.'s upport hiring initiatives; preparation of employment offer letters; provide advice on ad hoc questions as they arise; coordinate with outside counsel on visa matters. Protect the company from employment law risk. Advise the company on employment litigation matters as they arise; advise on labor and employment issues across all jurisdictions; coordinate with outside counsel as necessary on litigation. Enable HR team members to be's elf's ufficient. Continuously update all employment forms; advise HR team on changes to labor law; proactively provide training to HR team on relevant legal matters. Qualifications: California Bar Member. 6+ years employment law experience. Understanding of the California labor and employment law. Contract's tructuring and Negotiation. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership's kills. Attention to Detail - ability to's pot and process material issues in a range of commercial agreements. Ability to understand the's ignificance of issues that are negotiated with customers and partners; ability to understand issues in the context of business objectives and risk tolerance. Ability to coordinate the efforts of a team to drive complex projects to completion.'s elf motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities. Ability to work in a high-pressure fast paced environment. Bonus Points- Experience at a high growth tech company.
