Corporate Attorney Duties: Negotiate, review, and draft commercial contracts. Assist with acquisitions of new business opportunities for the Company. Provide's trategic legal advice to management teams. Identify proactive's olutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks within's trategic business decisions. Handle high volume and quick turn-around of commercial contracts for's takeholders. Responsible for obtaining, maintaining licensure, accreditation, and any other business requirements needed to provide legal's ervices. Ability to problem-solve issues that need resolution and produce positive outcomes. Other duties as assigned and assigned.
Requirements: Licensed attorney with 0-3 years of legal experience. Proven in house legal experience in a business environment preferred. In-depth understanding of how legal issues affect organizations. Ability to develop legal's trategy and objectives. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Excellent judgment and analytical's kills. Ability to anticipate legal issues or risks. Outstanding communication and presentation's kills. Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving's kills. High. level of attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities and close the loop when interrupted. Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate with multiple teams.
