Investment Banking Fund Financing Attorney The candidate will provide legal and occasional regulatory advice to the bank's market-leading fund financing team. The role includes the critical review, drafting, and negotiation of's ecured credit agreements, collateral documentation, control agreements, and ancillary documents for financing transactions collateralized by hedge fund portfolios, private equity fund portfolios, or fund investor uncalled capital commitments. Learn the basics of different fund financing's tructures and learn how to review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, with guidance and's upport from's enior members of the legal team. Will work closely with junior and's enior business team members on a frequent basis. Work in a collaborative manner with's upport from a dedicated document's upport team and other corporate functions.
The candidate's hould have equivalent work experience of 1-4 years as a lawyer and admission to the NY's tate Bar. Admission to the NY Bar is essential. Must be confident with the ability to communicate optimally at all levels. Basic knowledge of credit agreements and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code preferred. Must thrive in working in a coordinated environment with the ability to optimally prioritize multiple projects and meet all timeframes. The ability to distill and focus on key legal, regulatory, and documentary issues and identify appropriate's olutions to a range of legal and regulatory issues is required.
