Commercial Attorney (Contracts) The candidate will be drafting, editing and commenting on agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure's interests are protected and to maintain corporate and brand integrity. Communicating and negotiating with external parties. Providing clarification on legal language and contract specifications to internal stakeholders. Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business programs, services, and operations. Coordinating and partnering with outside counsel, when necessary. Should have 3-6 years of experience in contract law, with experience or focus on corporations. J.D. or equivalent accreditation. Must have Bar membership (PA or NY).
