Real Estate Attorney The candidate will draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements. Will draft and negotiate commercial leases, estoppels, and subordination agreements. Review and negotiate financing agreements with lenders. Review title commitments and surveys, title/survey objection letters and interface directly with paralegals and title companies and surveyors to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Review environmental reports and work to resolve any issues. Draft operating agreements and joint venture agreements with investors and partners. Draft and negotiate construction agreements with owners and subcontractors. Coordinate acquisition and disposition closings. Manage outside counsel.
The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree. Must have Admission to Ohio State Bar. Proficient in Microsoft office suite (with heavy emphasis on Word and Excel) is required. Must have 5 7 years of commercial real estate experience.
