Senior Contracts Attorney Responsibilities: Develop, train, design and maintain a robust and business-focused global contracts department; Review and develop appropriate templates for the business; Lead the contracts team in contracts negotiations, advise and dispute resolution; Review, draft and/or research contracts or specific contract clauses related to internal business operations; Regularly engage with internal business teams to provide advice regarding vendor relationships and contract matters and business counsel to support day-to-day operations of the Company; Frequently collaborate with the global Compliance team, to provide legal advice related to FCPA; GDPA; interactions with Health Care Professionals; foreign compliance laws and privacy regulation; Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines and manage multi-dimensional projects in a very demanding and fast-paced environment; Draft, review, and negotiate research, pre-clinical, clinical, manufacturing and commercial sales contracts; Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school and admitted to a state Bar. 7-10 years of relevant legal experience. Law firm experience strongly preferred. Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Biotechnology industry experience is required. Extensive commercial contract administration and drafting experience. Understanding of Healthcare Compliance laws and regulations. Pharmaceutical compliance program and counseling experience. Willingness to roll up sleeves and work on cross-functional projects, as needed. Ability to be nimble and flexible to meet the needs of a fast-growing, dynamic, global company.
