Junior Corporate Counsel

Seeking Junior Corporate Counsel with 3+ years of relevant experience. Candidate will provide legal support for the ordinary and special activities of the organization. Must have a JD Degree from a US accredited law school and be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing or, if not currently admitted, be willing to sit for the next exam. Must have knowledge and/or experience in multiple jurisdictions and broad familiarity with most major legal disciplines including: Real estate development; construction and design; real estate operations; residential and commercial leasing; managing and maintaining the corporate affairs of the organization; litigation and litigation prevention; and managing outside counsel on any and all of the forgoing. This position regularly deals with senior management on issues of significant importance to the organization. Requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, highly collaborative with excellent management, organizational and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and oral presentation skills. Understanding of finance and accounting concepts a plus.
