Senior Legal Counsel Litigation The candidate will assist in advancing the business objectives, interests, and image of the company through various litigation activities. Managing a wide portfolio of business litigation in a fast-paced corporate setting, including commercial disputes, real estate, and construction litigation, consumer litigation (individual and class action), and other litigation matters. Counseling business partners on pre-litigation disputes, negotiating settlements, overseeing discovery, interviewing, and preparing witnesses for testimony. Working on third-party subpoenas and government agency investigations. Managing outside counsel and handling a full caseload of litigation across the United States. Should have JD from a nationally accredited law school. Should have 7+ years of litigation experience at a law firm and/or in-house setting. Experience in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations required. Must have a license to practice law in at least one State. Experience counseling and advising clients in the health care industry preferred. Some in-house experience preferred.
