Counsel, Privacy And Security Legal Group

Counsel, Privacy and Security Legal Group Duties: Provide legal support to clients across Intel. Will provide legal advice on matters such as business activities and processes, cross-border data transfers, data subject access requests, standard contractual clauses, regulatory filings and registrations, and data protection impact assessments. Will also focus on developing plans for compliance with emerging laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. Will work on impactful projects in the product security, cyber security, data, and Information Technology domains. Will work closely and cross-functionally with engineers, government relations and policy experts, finance and accounting professionals, sales and marketing professionals, communications experts, and other attorneys.

Qualifications: A JD Degree and be admitted to a U.S. State bar, in good standing. 4+ years of relevant legal experience for the role. Excellent judgment and communication skills. Ability to advise and influence senior Intel executives. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding legal advice and drive forward projects that require strategic thinking combined with mastery of complex legal and technical principles. Strong presentation skills and comfort working with senior executives. Team player with a positive attitude. Preferred qualifications: Strong knowledge of privacy and data protection laws. Experience with any of the following: cybersecurity/product security, securities laws, consumer/marketing law, technology/intellectual property, as well as strong organizational and strategic acumen.
