Contracts Attorney The candidate will perform legal analysis and recommend appropriate strategies, will spot issues, negotiate transactions, and help build the department in the next chapter of the history. Will draft and negotiate sales contracts to enable channel sales transactions. Draft and negotiate contracts for OEM, Re-sellers and referral partners. Draft and negotiate contracts for Alliances and Tech partners. Advise and support the business on partner escalations and unique areas of risk. Should have a J.D. degree with admission to at least one State Bar. Must have 3+ years of experience handling contract negotiations or relevant experience in a law firm or in-house counsel. Significant knowledge of the information technology industry and related contracts terms is desired. Experience negotiating software licenses and SaaS agreements is strongly preferred.
