Commercial Contracts and General Operations Attorney The candidate will be serving as lead attorney supporting Sourcing and Procurement team, including responsibility for review and negotiation of all outbound vendor contracts, working in conjunction with internal contracts team and overseeing external counsel when necessary. Serving as lead attorney supporting to's Facilities team, with responsibility for all legal matters relating to facilities. Providing support for general HR operations, including advising on policies, procedures, forms and compliance matters, both domestically and internationally. Serving as lead attorney overseeing all legal process matters, including levies, garnishments and subpoenas. Serving as lead attorney overseeing and intellectual property, trademark and brand protection in close partnership with Marketing team. 3-6 years of applicable legal experience (either in-house, law firm or government), Superior writing, verbal communication and presentation skills, Strong strategic thinking; commercial and legal judgment; and ability to apply legal knowledge towards practical business solutions, Hard working, well organized and able to prioritize and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressures, Willingness to work on a broad range of legal matters/topics and to learn new areas; strong growth mindset, Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to team up and build relationships with others, Inquisitive nature; keen desire to learn about our business and to help find innovative, commercial and creative solutions as we grow as a company, Ability to manage outside counsel effectively, J.D. from a top tier school and excellent academic credentials, Active membership in good standing in at least one state bar, preferably California or New York are required.
