Attorney - Debt Litigation The candidate must be independent and highly motivated, a self-starter, and passionate about helping the clients during their difficult situation. Be comfortable at all stages of litigation. Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to achieve final resolution of cases. Demonstrate exceptional writing and oral communication skills. Handle large caseload and provide legal analysis and advice related to cases. Work with clients and communicate all activity and results. Work in harmony with our legal team and various clients. Must hold a law degree and be licensed to practice in Texas. 1-3 years' experience in litigation and attending court proceedings. Knowledge of Federal and State laws related to debt collections. Skilled in negotiations. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) with exemplary oral and written communication skills. Attorney will work and communicate with clients directly. The firm has court appearance attorney's in which the candidate must be able to adequately prepare the appearance attorney on each case. Candidate will be expected to go to court about one to two times a week.
