Senior Ads Product Counsel - International The candidate will advise on a broad range of international compliance issues related to advertising on the Firms ads platform. Will understand and stay up to date on U.S. and international laws and regulations related to global privacy regulations, advertising platforms and ability to explain complex legal issues in basic terms for the company. Provide legal advice to Firms Ads product and engineering teams from the initial stages of product development to launch for products related to Ads measurement, targeting, delivery and reporting, billing, platform and modeling. Advise the policy team on the global ads and content policies. Design, build and refine processes and offer continuing education and training for such processes. Provide pragmatic day-to-day and strategic advice to minimize legal risks while advancing business goals and initiatives. Must have superior organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and a sense of humor. A deep understanding of online advertising at a global scale is required. Must have 5+ years of legal experience in a relevant setting. In-house experience at a technology company with ads and privacy experience is strongly preferred. Should have JD degree, admitted to the Bar (or foreign equivalent), great academic record.
