Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment Responsibilities: Provide legal advice, counsel and support to key partners in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, People Analytics, and Compliance on a broad range of employment legal matters. Support Recruiting Operations, People Operations, Immigration, management, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Monitor legislation, regulations, case law, and government enforcement activities relating to the above substantive legal areas, and provide proactive, strategic advice to the Employment Law Group and relevant stakeholders. Lead privileged internal audits and process reviews, and new policy creation and implementation. Draft and maintain employment-related documents, policies and processes. Facilitate process improvements and efficiencies, including helping to develop and maintain matter and document management systems. Travel throughout the US and internationally as needed.

Qualifications: J.D. degree and membership in at least one state bar. 8+ years of experience in labor and employment law. In-house legal department experience. Experience with counseling on, or litigation related to HR and OFCCP Compliance. Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary to connect with colleagues in LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. Preferred Qualifications: New York or California Bar Membership. Experience advising on international employment issues and supporting clients outside the United States. Experience building trust with team members and influence cross-functional partners.
