Senior Attorney, Employment Law The candidate will work on a team of employment lawyers located in Chicago and/or New York City, advising HR and management on all aspects of US labor and employment law. Advising on the full range of issues concerning the US workforce, as well as supporting senior HR clients with policy and practices; enforcing restrictive covenants; delivering training; defending against claims; supporting Diversity & Inclusion initiatives; and participating on global projects. This opportunity allows for experience, training, and growth within a robust in-house employment law group3 years experience advising and/or litigating US employment law, Broad substantive employment law experience, Strong academic background, Excellent oral and written communications skills are required. Ability to function in close collaboration with senior leaders of global company are required. Experience in private practice; in-house experience a plus, Expertise with non-compete agreements (drafting and enforcement), Immigration employment issues, OFCCP/Affirmative Action, and/or NLRA a plus, Advisory employment law practice focus, International experience a plus, must be US licensed attorney with at least 7 years of experience advising and/or litigating US employment law matters.
