Corporate Counsel The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that COMPANY's operations are run in a manner that will minimize Error & Omission incidents, managing all of COMPANY's litigation, ensuring that contractual arrangements protect COMPANY's interests, assisting the executive team with mergers and acquisitions, and ensuring that our companies and employees are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. JD and Iowa Law License required. Experience with P&C and Employee Benefits helpful.
