Associate Corporate Counsel

Associate Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Provide legal support to Fairview on a range of corporate issues. Help support our sales team by reviewing and negotiating agreements including NDAs, Service Agreements, MSAs, work orders, license and sublicenses. Review and negotiate agreements with vendors. Help draft and implement policies and procedures, including managing our vendor due diligence process. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, proposal documents and other legal agreements. Negotiate employee contracts. Manage insurance and ensure compliance with the firm's contractual obligations. Maintain files and records of all contracts and legal documents. Assist the General Counsel on special projects as needed.

Qualifications: JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school. Admitted to practice law, and in good standing, in any US jurisdiction, with a strong preference on NC. 1-3 years experience with contracts. Strong business acumen and negotiation skills. Ability to assess legal risk while also weighing business considerations including client interests and future growth. Exceptional attention to detail. Robust understanding of privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills. Ability to work with collaboratively with others as well as independently.
