Attorney - Corporate Counsel Candidate will: Serve as a legal adviser to the Drug Development business segment. Advises function leadership and managers regarding contract negotiations, dispute resolution, policy and compliance matters within the business segment, novel business issues and contributes to the development and implementation of contracting policies and risk management strategies. Advise contract managers and function leadership regarding customer contracts, vendor contracts, site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other contracts as assigned under the supervision of Legal department leadership. Develop, support and contributes to the continuous improvement of Legal processes and procedures including contractual templates, risk mitigation strategies, and function-specific legal research. Support corporate initiatives including corporate administration, transactions, dispute resolution, and other legal department initiatives as required. A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
