Associate General Counsel (Healthcare Contracts) Duties: The candidate will be expected to handle client contracts, vendor contracts, partnership arrangements, and other transactional matters across a variety of disciplines (with a primary focus on the healthcare industry). Will work closely with the General Counsel and the North American Legal Counsel, and other members of operations and sales teams. Be able to identify, advise on and minimize business risks and propose practical solutions. Display exceptional interpersonal skills and interact with all levels of professionals in the organization. Attending job duties in a regular and timely fashion.
Qualifications: JD Degree / Licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction and able to practice in-house. Must have 6+ years of law firm or in-house experience. Strength in contract review, drafting, negotiating. Superior interpersonal skills and judgment. Ability to manage fast-paced workload and add value to multiple projects simultaneously. Self-starter who shows project ownership and enjoys working across departments. Comfortable with a constantly changing environment. A sharp analytical mind, business-focused, and strong work ethic are critical. Ideal candidates will have had exposure in the healthcare industry, with third-party debt collections, born-digital, or contact center experience a plus, in addition to experience with software/digital solution-focused contracts and technology partnerships. Have strong organizational and project management skills.
