Senior Corporate Counsel The candidate will play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, as well as advising on legal issues spanning the breadth of company's products and services. Will support growing revenue team, have a passion for all things privacy laws, counsel product development and negotiate vendor agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate master subscription agreements with enterprise and midmarket customers and work closely with our Sales organization to close revenue deals. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of other commercial agreements, including software license, partnership, reseller, referral, independent contractor and non-disclosure agreements. Partner cross-functionally with global teams on a variety of commercial matters. Provide counseling to Product, Engineering, Marketing and Security teams on issues related to new and existing products and documentation. Provide counseling in intellectual-property and privacy law. Help identify and implement new policies, processes and procedures to manage legal and business risks in a growing organization. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for business teams. Manage outside counsel for quality and expenses as needed. should have J.D. and member of the CA Bar in good standing. Must have 4 years of law firm experience with training in corporate law and 2+ years of in-house relevant work experience in a growing technology company. Should preferbly have Experience with drafting and negotiating complex enterprise SaaS agreements. Should preferbly have Expertise in Privacy, particularly EU data protection laws and CCPA.
