Corporate Counsel The candidate will negotiating, writing, and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company, Identifying and escalating relevant legal and business issues that arise during the contract preparation and negotiation process Providing general and specialized support to various lines of business, including assistance in the preparation of product templates, master service agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, amendments, and responses to legal and regulatory inquiries, Manage, maintain and enforce TSG's intellectual property assets, Implement strategies and procedures to develop and maintain intellectual property rights, Learn the business products and keep current with industry trends and news, Offer counsel on a variety of legal issues, Working closely with senior leadership, JD from an ABA accredited law school desired. Licensed to practice law in the United States and in the state of Nebraska In good standing with State Bar with no disciplinary record, 5+ years of experience in a large law firm, or in-house counsel with transactional, litigation and commercial negotiation experience, Prior experience in software, technology, or financial services, Ability to work independently or collaborate with a team, Ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Strong drafting and negotiation skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
