Contracts Attorney The candidate will lead the negotiating and drafting of contracts customary to a fast-growing business with a primary focus on large MSAs and SOWs. Provide legal support across the organization, including quickly and effectively identifying complex legal and compliance issues and providing advice in a manner that integrates legal risk management with the company's business objectives. Draft, review, revise and negotiate a range of complex corporate and commercial agreements, including technology, marketing, data, licensing, services, consulting, commercial accounts, confidentiality, collaboration, research and data-related agreements. Develop and maintain strong business relationships across the company and contribute to cross-functional or departmental projects and teams. Assist the legal and compliance teams with a variety of legal matters, including general corporate, compliance, regulatory and other legal matters as needed. JD and active law license required. Must have 3+ years experience with negotiating contracts in a law firm setting. Excellent contract review, drafting and negotiation skills are required. Should have experience reviewing and drafting complex contract terms and conditions. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with legal and business partners at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint is required.
