Employment, Labor and Compliance Counsel Duties: Provide legal counsel and support to the OSI Industries, LLC Human Resources group in all areas of federal and state employment laws, labor relations, Employee Health and Safety (including OSHA and risk management) to ensure that operations and activities are within the scope of applicable laws and regulations. Provide legal support to the Corporate Compliance Officer as needed. Counsels and advises Human Resources client group in all areas of federal and state employment, labor and health and safety laws and related regulations. Counsels and advises the Risk Management group. Undertakes compliance reviews as needed. Reviews and negotiates various types of employment policies and documents including severance agreements, benefit policies, benefit plan documents, work rules, employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, temporary labor contracts, and other policies and documents as required to ensure compliance and to protect the company's interests. Prepares responses to inquiries and employment and labor charges received from various federal and state agencies. As directed by the General Counsel, manages specific employment and labor related matters assigned to outside counsel. Prepares and presents preventive law materials training to the company in applicable areas of the law. Assists the Compliance Officer on applicable compliance matters, including Global Business Standards, compliance policies and training. Perform other duties as assigned by General Counsel.

Qualifications: JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school and admitted to practice in Illinois. 1-3 years of applicable experience at a reputable law firm or corporate law department. Excellent analytical, communication, research and writing skills with ability to work within tight deadlines. Excellent problem solving skills.
