Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will handle all case responsibilities, including all discovery, motion writing, legal research, appearances, and trials, Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other support professionals, Partially manage and delegate assignments in a team of attorneys, paralegals, and law clerks as required, Use digital technology, including videoconferencing, powerpoint, online file sharing and management, e-discovery, and pdf/image editing. 3+ years of litigation experience, Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar, Highly motivated to aggressively litigate business, real estate, and other civil disputes, In depth knowledge of corporate, contract, and transactional law, Advanced experience and fluency in California civil procedure and rules of evidence, Expertise and success in effective discovery and depositions, Excellent motion writing and research skills, Ability to work independently and with a close knit team, Diligence and a sense of responsibility and commitment, Desire to take initiative, learn, and develop professionally, Knowledge and ability in transactional law a plus.
