Senior Corporate Counsel - Channels & Alliances The candidate will negotiate and draft various alliance agreements, SOWs and go-to market agreements. Provide advice and guidance on legal and business-related issues to senior business leaders. Lead and develop strategic initiatives designed to enable adoption and use of Snowflake technologies and services. Effectively manage a large number of strategic deals and initiatives. Support continuous improvements of forms, policies and processes to help streamline and simplify the contracting processes. Should have 9+ years of relevant experience supporting Alliances and Professional Services for an enterprise software/SaaS company. Strong background dealing with SaaS, software licensing, data privacy, intellectual property, professional services, channel/alliance issues and various go to market programs, with the ability to quickly identify issues and find pragmatic solutions. Must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including the ability to draft clear guidance and socialize it with business stakeholders. Prior experience with legal workflow technologies such as e-signature, document management and contract lifecycle management is a plus.
