Counsel III - Branch Banking and Customer Service The candidate will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel for Branch Banking within the Consumer and Small Business Banking division. Will focus on supporting Affluent Client Services, Customer Service (contact center) support, branch distribution, and other bank branch issues. Must have 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney with active State Bar membership. Extensive experience conducting research and providing counsel and guidance regarding complex legal issues is desired. Should preferably have legal experience in one or more of the following practice areas: consumer banking, consumer protection, contact center operations and retail non-deposit investment products. Experience in analyzing risk and benefit trade offs from a long range business perspective is a plus. Experience in developing practical solutions to mitigate legal risk is an asset. The ability to analyze legal and regulatory issues in area of practice and provide effective advice to clients on complex legal matters is ideal. Application Deadline: July ******.
