Legal Counsel - Commercial Litigation (Product Liability) The candidate Should have demonstrated the ability to strategically run and coordinate litigation matters around the world from beginning to end. Should have 3-5 years of complex product liability litigation experience at a major law firm and/or in-house. Strong technology interest and aptitude are required. Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential. Preference will be given to candidates who have meaningful trial and/or arbitration experience. International litigation experience is desirable. As a member of litigation team, will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Requires a law degree and admission to at least one US state bar
