Litigation Counsel The candidate will primarily provide support for consumer litigation with respect to the company's North American businesses. Will be skilled at risk management and assessment, and handling a wide array of complex, commercial and consumer litigation. Will also demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and supervise outside counsel and demonstrate through prior experience an ability to learn regulatory requirements applicable to operations. Report to a Senior Counsel in the Legal Department. Must have a license to practice law with 5+ years of directly relevant legal experience in a large law firm and/or in-house setting. Excellent academic credentials are required. Experience in handling matters for financial services or other highly regulated industries is needed.
