Senior Corporate Counsel The candidate will be managing and providing legal counsel on a variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, structuring, and negotiating commercial transactions. Reviewing and negotiating a large volume of the customer, vendor, and other contracts and advising business partners on the terms and risks associated with those contracts. Must have a Juris Doctorate degree and be admitted to a State Bar. Must possess 5+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. High proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite applications, Adobe Acrobat, and other internet search tools are required. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills, superior problem-solving ability, and strong analytical skills. Must have proven organizational skills including managing numerous projects at once, while ensuring quality. Must have attention to detail. Must have the ability to influence the execution of highly complex or specialized projects and to adapt present and make departures from traditional approaches to develop innovative solutions.
