Corporate Counsel - Commercial The candidate will support the continued dynamic growth in Cloud Computing and Adtech/Martech services. Should have a J.D. degree from a top law school and admission to practice law in the US. Must have 5-7 years of relevant legal experience. Should preferably have experience with commercial transactions involving Cloud Computing, Software-as-a-Service, social media technology, online interest-based advertising, or digital marketing. Significant commercial negotiating and contract drafting experience is required. Demonstrated ability to lead a variety of tasks, evaluate alternatives quickly, and provide top quality legal assistance and support to executive-level clients is needed. Should have collaborative work style and strong social abilities. Desire for constant learning within a rapidly changing environment is a plus. Application Deadline: February 10, 2022.
