Senior Counsel, Legal Compliance Investigations Ethics and Legal Compliance The candidate will serve as Senior Counsel, Corporate Legal Investigations in the Ethics and Legal Compliance Group (ELC) reporting to the Director of Corporate Legal Investigations. Conduct, and coordinate internal investigations concerning potential Code of Conduct, conflicts of interest, financial misconduct, and other violations of internal Intel policies or the law that may present compliance or legal risk to Intel. Document investigative steps and draft robust investigations report for business review. Conduct root cause analyses of misconduct and develop appropriate remediation in response to the identified misconduct. Assess and manage known risks and also identify new emerging risks across business units and geographies. Coordinate across regional Ethics and Compliance counsel to ensure the implementation of appropriate internal investigation methods, standards, and approaches across regions and enhance the team's ability to project strong and consistent compliance standards across the company. Support the management of the company's anonymous Ethics and Compliance hotline. Partner with Internal Audit, Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Security, Information Security, and other internal organizations on our cross-functional investigations governance team.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and current State Bar membership with 8+ years of legal practice, including significant investigations experience in the areas of antitrust, anticorruption (including FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws), or other regulatory fields. Must have 5+ years of experience conducting investigations in multiple jurisdictions and countries and developing at a multi-national company. Must be a seasoned attorney with significant corporate investigation experience. Should preferably have a track record of successfully building relationships with internal stakeholders and conducting internal investigations. Should have demonstrated success in influencing and interacting at all levels of a corporation and in multiple geographies. Significant law enforcement (DOJ or other agency) and in-house experience at a large multi-national company are strongly preferred. Should preferably possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, including excellent interpersonal skills. Must have outstanding judgment and discretion on confidential matters. The ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment is needed.
